Mandate to Let Residential Property

ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN NOWLETTING (“THE COMPANY”)

It is agreed as follows:

1. The Lessor hereby grants to the Company a mandate to place a willing and able tenant for the property; being _________________________________________________________________

2. At a letting price of R____________ pm. (_____________________________________________) or such amount to which the Lessor may agree.

3. The mandate is effective from ___________________ for occupation from ___________________.

4. The Lessor irrevocably agrees to pay the Company commission equal to 1 (one) months rental per annum in the first month of placement of a suitable tenant with a binding lease agreement.

5. The Lessor warrants that he has the necessary authority to grant this letting mandate and that if he is not the registered owner of the property, he has the owner’s written authority to act on his behalf.

6. The Company undertakes to do all such things and take all such steps as it deems necessary to effectively market the property in question.
