Also, the real estate agents I did know started to quickly refer their buyers who wanted to rent out their properties and owners who were struggling to sell and needed another way of paying for an asset that was just choking them.

Nowletting has done everything already and has a website with an unbelievable high traffic rate, its very easy and inexpensive to get a franchise and you can get up and running very fast and thus, you can start making passive income much sooner than you think.
These are just a few steps I know of that are available to me. But again, I haven’t been in this business long but I know that starting somewhere is better than not doing anything and having a long term strategy to passive income is a great way to secure my future.
